| Service Performed: | Purchased 2 new front tires, had them balanced and mounted. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Had to nag them to get quote. Claimed to match other quotes. Final price was slightly higher. I placed order for tires through them. Took longer than expected to receive the tires. Work took 1 day longer to complete. Upon pickup, tires had grease over them and the wheels. Also found that an employee left footprints and dirt by walking inside the RV all the way to the back. They had no reason to do that. I complained. They apologized and cleaned the tires, wheels, and interior mats. | ||
