  Evaluation of Service Performed:   I took my travel trailer to Waters RV to have repairs to my interior done and when I went back to check on how the job was progressing, I found that the technician, their 'master certified' technician, had finished the repairs but neglected to pay attention to a most basic procedure. He used longer screws to attach the new interior and now I had numerous (25 plus) screws sticking out of my exterior finish panels...all along the perimeter. Needless to say, I am not happy with Waters RV 'MASTER TECHNICIAN", nor with the Service Manager and his failure to catch this before my travel trailer looked like it had been riddled with bullet holes!

  Service Performed:   I brought my 5th Wheel up north for deer hunting season last fall and it needed repairs to the furnace and a few other simple problems. I bring it up every year and usually don't have any problems with it due to it being only two years old. I called the only RV service center in the Gaylord area, Waters RV, and they said to bring it in and they would get right at it. The temperatures outside were getting cold and I worried about my water system freezing up on me before I could get heat inside the trailer again.

I brought it into Waters RV and was assured they could fix it right away. I waited around for three hours and the Service Manager kept promising me it would be in next. It was lunch time and I told them I would be back in an hour. I got back from lunch an hour and a half later and saw that my trailer was not even touched or moved. There was snow on the ground around the trailer and no foot prints other than my own. I asked the Service Manager if it was done already and he assured me that everything was fixed and it was working OK. I asked what was wrong and he said it was a simple fix but didn't quite know what the problem was. I asked to talk with the technician who worked on it and he brought him around. The tech said he never looked at my trailer and was never told to do so by anyone. The Service Manager assumed the work had been done without properly checking. He didn't even have a work order for my trailer yet and then tried to blame his technician right in front of me for his own failure to follow though with advising one of the techs to look at it. The Service Manager then left his technician to deal with my problem and said he needed to go to lunch. To his credit, the tech tried fix the furnace but they had no parts to fix it.

I hooked it back up, and left very angry and displeased with the Waters RV Service. I drained my water tanks and had to winterize my tailer. The deer season was very cold and uncomfortable. We ran electric heaters but it was not enough. We got a hotel for the rest of the season.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Never, ever going to stop off in Waters Michigan again for RV service!
