  Work Done on:   Class A - Gasoline
  Service Performed:   Removed worn brake shoes from parking brake. Replaced shoes; then told that cable also needed replacing (not in stock, 5 days to come from parts house).
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Seal on transmission had to be removed/replaced in doing parking brake. Seal was improperly re-installed (leaked after leaving facility). Had to be replaced and brake cable installed at another facility. Should have been told about brake cable before installing shoes as they could not work w/o the cable. Five hours labor charged @ $75/hr. for an incomplete, botched job.

  Service Performed:   Went in for regular transmission service. On a Ford that means flush complete system (17.7 qts). They drained transmission and replaced filter (5.5 qts). Next they failed to put in enough fluid so the transmission shifted poorly.

To their credit they eventually did the correct service at no charge, but no telling the degree of damage they did.
