  Service Performed:   List of items that needed repairing or replacing.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Sloppy workmanship, work done needed reworking as done incorrectly or incompletely. Took motorhome back 3 times and still not done correctly.

  Service Performed:   Repair compartment leaks on new coach. Had to return it 4 times and it still wasn't fixed.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Was not impressed on how Byerly handles warranty work on coaches they sell. Was told that the next time it rained they would drive it to see where the leaks were. The rain came and they didn't drive it. It was taken out when there was a very light rain and puddles on the road and they looked for the puddles. Originally 6 compartments leaked during the puddle ride two leaked so 2 compartments were fixed only.
