  Date of Service:   8/19/2019
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   While traveling, refer when out and decided not to invest into a 14 year old unit. Camping World had the equipment to
remove/install the fridge through the driver's window...so against better judgement, they were selected to do the job.

While they were at it, I requested the replacement of the inoperable aft bath Fantastic fan. They replaced the working
forward HALF bath fan, AFT/HALF, well I guess it does rhythm, a little. My wife can't reach the controls of the old manual
fans, so I had them leave the front fan in and had another 'remote' fan installed in the aft bath.

After an almost 3 week wait, the new Norcold was installed on the 19th of August and all seemed well, we were back in
business and continued the trip.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   The new fridge seems to work well, but ice is forming around the ice maker pan because the two top mounting screws fell out
into the ice maker trays...we had two screws in two different ice cubes on the first round. The empty holes allow warm air
into the compartment causing rapid ice formation in that area. Campingworld's answer...'We do not install the ice maker in
this refrigerator, here's NorCold's number". Not what I expected after forking over more than $5K. After inspecting the
fridge's install, I found the new upper and lower close out front panels (supplied by the manufacturer), still in their
plastic bags taped inside the unit's coils at the back of the fridge. CW used the old ones. After 10 minutes, I finally
got the panel strips out of the coils, but there is still some plastic taped to the coils that can't be reached unless the
fridge is removed. Also there are no nut plates or any means to secure those two mounting bolts/screws at the top of the
ice maker. Will be contacting NorCold on what can be done.

The window that CW took out for the fridge install, leaks...bad. So that will have to be resealed...or sealed.

The front Fantastic Fan that was replace by mistake?? also leaks...bad. Wife got wet in the middle of the night with water
dripping out of the vent and the overhead light fixture next to the fan. The seal job looked like a kid smeared sealant
all over the door of the fan and it's cover. It took me almost 5 hours to get the sealed cover off and clean up the mess.
I got a wad of sealer off that thing the size of a cantaloupe...the cover isn't supposed to be sealed. The aft install is
worse, the tech tried to install the fan backwards and found the fan's door would not fully open because of the slant of
the cover. It's not leaking, but it looks like hell and I don't trust it not to leak. The front one was installed over
dirt and mold I had to dig out for a proper seal.

"If you're not happy, I'm not happy" In my opinion is 'Corporate BS' I feel like just another 'couldn't care less CW
customer. Buyer beware.

  Date of Service:   7/24/2014
Work Done on:   Class A - Gasoline
Service Performed:   Storm/water damage. Replacement of damaged cabinets, awning, roof and water caused stains.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   The workmanship on cabinets was totally unacceptable. RV was there for months. Complaints were of no value. RV carpet was exceptionally clean when we
took it there and it was returned filthy even after I complained about the filth. They left holes in the walls where the new awning was installed. Sharp
pointed nails are sticking out of the woodwork as if a child hammered them in. A valance brace was pulled from the wall and left hanging. Button pulled
off the driver's seat. Knob pulled off the shade and the list goes on. At this point I'm considering a lawsuit. I paid them and I'm completely unsatisfied.
We took the RV to Camping World Nashville on July 24th, 2014. We did not get it back until March 13, 2015. I paid the invoice but did not sign the "I/We
confirm that the work has been completed to My/Our satisfaction." because I was considering further legal action. In the past we have spent over
$40,000 at this location. Never have we experienced anything quite like this nightmare.

Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   Our dryer wasn't venting properly, so they fixed it.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Very pleased. It was one year to the day that we bought the unit from this Camping World. They found out from the company that there is a design flaw in the Splendide washer/dryer combo, and there is a sequence we need to go through monthly to keep the air flowing freely. They made sure we understood to procedure and didn't charge us anything for the service.

  Date of Service:   12/26/2007
  Work Done on:   Travel Trailer
Service Performed:   I requested to have my wheel bearings repacked, and the air pressure in the tires checked and topped off.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Although they repacked the bearings, they didn't check the air pressure, and advised that this would be an additional $49.00 since that was their minimum charge. I reminded them that I had already spent almost $300.00 for service work, so if there was an additional charge for checking the air, it shouldn't be charged as a new "minimum". They said that any work done, regardless of what it is, has its own minimum charge, and checking the air is a minimum of $49.00. This was confirmed by their corporate offices who said it was their policy to start with a new minimum for each job done. So, be aware that your minimum charge is not satisfied once you hit that figure, because a new one comes into play if you have something else done.
