  Service Performed:   On 7-28-08 at 8:05 AM arrived at O'B's West Yellowstone shop after receiving a Dometic Refrigerator Recall notice, as he was listed on Dometics site as a repairman. A gentleman was just ahead of me with with the same situation. He said he would check his numbers and call back, as he had first dibs, and I needed two recall kits for our Alfa. Was told they had one kit for sure, and if the earlier gentleman needed it, he was first. No problem, that she would call us and let us know. Well no call back, so on 07-30-08 my wife called the shop (reminds them of the need for 2 kits). Was told "Oh he never called back, but they only had one kit and were getting more, so a date of 08-06-08 was made for the installation. There is a $50.00 service call to the site, no problem, easier than going to the small shop area. Robert comes out to the park site. I HAVE ABSOLUTELY no problem with Robert. He looks at the side of the Alfa and says "oh, you have 2 refers and I have only one kit. Well my wife calls the shop and this where this procedure went down hill. He was nasty on the phone and said nothing was said about the need of 2 kits. In the meantime, Robert is also calling the shop explaining the situation. Our call was "terminated". Robert then told me a second kit was being brought out and was. Upon arrival, O'B had words with my wife and said we never need to call them for service again. The old story that Dometic doesn't reimburse them enough etc.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   As far as I can tell, Robert the on-site repairman did a fine job with the recall kit installation. But Robert by not of his own doing became the middleman in this situation. And in O'Bs mind we were the bad guys. I am also the same person that posted an excellent report on the same operation on 12-03-04 in Yuma.

  Service Performed:   Bat wing antenna would not pull in picture. OB called came out said we needed new selector switch but he didn't have it and would have to order and charged us $90.00. When we got to the next large town took it a dealer and found it was a loose connection on the cable.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Price I feel was to much for a service call when he was in the park anyway. He did not find the problem and tried to sell us something we did not need,
