| Service Performed: | We had a hitch, bedsaver & brake plug installed. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Ideal installed our hitch, bedsaver and brake plug at a very reasonable cost. Shortly after the work was completed our truck experienced minor engine problems (thru no fault of Ideal's). The team at Ideal took special care to get the problem fixed, even staying past their normal business hours to get us back on the road again. B/c we were 200 miles from our home, their extra help and concern made a world of difference to us. Ideal's owner (Ken) even gave us his personal phone number in case we had any further problems before we reached our destination. | ||
