VERY POOR, Made this appointment well in advance, they did change my tires OK. Got there at 9AM picked up at 2:30PM asked what was wrong with my Hot Water Heater Dave the service manager said "oh we had two new units to get ready so we did not get to check those things"
No I am sorry that was it, packed the trailer to move, drove 80 miles and it seems the new units getting ready cancel your service appointment.
