  Service Performed:   PM Service, AGS not working, door awning not working, dash A/C not cooling.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   The PM service was OK, except for the grease fitting on the fan drive, which were not lubed.
My coach was there for several weeks. They replaced the motor on the over the door awning, but the awning cover was falling apart and the awning
jammed at full extension. When I complained, they told me it was worn out, though it never jammed before. I had to disassemble the awning, replace
missing screws and adjust the arms so it worked OK.
The old AGS was no good and they said no replacement was available. I called Onan for one and wound up installing it myself.
The dash A/C was in for its fourth attempt at fixing a Freon leak. Stopped working over this summer once again. So far hose ends, compressor, expansion
valve and dryer have been replaced. Fluorescent dye has been used to locate leaks with no success.
Inside if the coach was loaded with greasy hand prints to top it off.
It's my last time there. seems like service went to hell after 2015.
Before that I had been very satisfied with their service.
I think they'd be OK with chassis repairs, but don't waste your money on any coach related work that would require time and effort.
By the way I'm a retired ASE master fleet mechanic who's run garages for Ryder truck and construction companies.

  Service Performed:   I have had several things done here at PMS, they are extremely thorough and reliable. One of the problems I had was with my rear axle and bearings. They
fixed it quickly and carefully. I rely on them for all my repairs.

  Service Performed:   This trip was for routine pre-trip maintenance (generator, oil change) and tire replacement. They do almost everything (inside and out) that your RV might
need. I use this company as my #1 RV service place.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   They are friendly, knowledgeable and will tell you if something you asked to be done doesn't need doing... and will check things you didn't mention and let
you know if they see a problem. They stand behind their service. Fair prices, timely work. Highly recommend!

  Service Performed:   Installed new thermostat on heat/AC, riveted rear cap of my rig after it had separated. Fix heat pump.

  Service Performed:   Slow air leak in front tire.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Worked on coach the afternoon after inquiring about service. Tech was very careful with Alcoa wheels, laying down a moving blanket after removing tire & wheel. Thoroughly inspected the tire. Found leak where valve attached to tire.
