  Service Performed:   We had been on the road about 2 months when we needed repairs on our Tiffin Allegro and found King's was on our route. We had a slide that was not
closing properly and also had to have 2 shades installed. As we were leaving, we had problems with a Blue Ox braking system that was under warranty.
Troy replaced the broken part on the spot and we were on our way.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   This is truly a customer-oriented dealership. Everyone we dealt with, from the person who answered the phone to the people in the service department
provided excellent customer service at a surprisingly reasonable price. We recommend them without reservation. Wish they weren't 900 miles from our home
base!

  Service Performed:   Jacks (failed Atwoods) replaced on Tiffin Phaeton; repaired broken glass in
screen door, replaced batteries found to be bulging, checked out electrical
systems, sent coach out for body repair & paint, replaced wipers, replaced
two worn out slide covers, tightened large outside mirror that had been
previously replaced by mobile tech.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   We were able to leave rig with them for a couple of months to do things on
a long list -- all work was done well & in a fashion to give us great
confidence -- and when it was all done, the Service Mgr. called me &
refunded roughly $175 because part of the work turned out to have been
covered by warranty, they got the best price of anyone from Atwood.

  Service Performed:   I visited King’s service department for the first time yesterday with a warranty repair list of 12 items on my 2014 Allegro Open Road. I am pleased to
report it was a pleasant experience and all of the 12 items were addressed to my satisfaction. From the time I entered the service facility to the time I
left for home was just about 3 hours. One of my items was an annoying squeak which was fixed and the ride home almost seemed like I was in a
different coach being so quiet.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Excellent and convinced me that I made the right decision by going with King's for my purchase and follow-up service.

  Service Performed:   Pre-delivery inspection and delivery of new Tiffin tag coach, including towing equipment for toad.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Very good shop for Tiffin warranty work. These folks are experienced and shoot straight. One of the best service centers around for Tiffin Motor Homes coach items. Not an engine/transmission shop but they can git-R-done near by.

  Service Performed:   Diagnose and repair: defective leveling jack, defective inverter/charger, driver seat, gap in slide-out seal, problem with refrigerator.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Outstanding service. We were on a cross country trip. Stopped here to have some problems checked out. They had to order parts, but we had to continue on our journey before they would arrive. The owner of Kings personally arranged to have the parts shipped to another dealer in New Hampshire, where we'd be in a few weeks, to have them finish the work for us. Kings did all they could while we were there, and everyone was exceptionally conscientious and concerned about our satisfaction. We were even able to "camp out" for a couple nights with electric and water hookup on their lot. Everything was handled by them under warranty.
