| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Words can't describe the quality of service. I had discovered fuel in my crankcase, and needless to say was frantic and 2200 miles from home. Contacted Carl and explained my situation (for about the fiftieth time) he says come on out let's talk. After some discussion he said bring her in this evening and we'll put you first in the morning. All night I dreaded the news! He and his crew Jr. and Mike were on my coach at 7:00 am after letting me hook up overnight. I had my answer and eliminated a huge stress headache by 7:30. He told me of the problem and said I should take the toad and make my appointments, the part would be in from Cincinnati by 2:00 pm. I was on the road fixed by 5:00. The repairs were done well, the price was right, and I made a friend for life! If you need help tell Carl he'll "Get er Done" | ||
