| Service Performed: | Steve agreed to replace the throttle cable, in Bullhead City at the AVI RV Park, if we could get it overnighted from Spartan. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | We got the cable delivered. Spartan gave Steve the book time of 3 hours to complete the job. It took Steve 14 hours, across two days, because Spartan neglected to tell him the 150 gallon fuel tank had to be dropped to get to 3 clamps above it. He could have done 3 hours work and called for a tow truck to take us to a dealership, but he refused to be defeated. He finished the job and never lost his smile or sense of humor. I cannot say enough good about his knowledge, skill or work ethic. When I got the bill it was for the three hours he quoted. He said it was just the right thing to do. When was the last time you heard a story like this? | ||

| Service Performed: | We were stranded along a desert road in the middle of nowhere with a frozen throttle cable. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Fleetwood and Wheeler RV of Las Vegas said the only resolution was to have our 40' RV, and 26' trailer, towed 60 miles to Las Vegas. Our insurance, Foremost, found a mobile RV repair person that came out and was able to free up the cable enough that we could get to our destination, Pahrump, and fulfill a contract. It took him several hours but he was able to accomplish the undo able. | ||
