Axle shift, water pipe leak, tent end leak, loose cupboards, caulking in shower
Evaluation of Service Performed:
First trip with unit we had all the mentioned happened. Called Friday morning no response from service for water leak, had to drive to Calgary to find out what was going on. We were unable to tow unit. On Sunday Western sent tow vehicle with no hitch, they had to borrow ours. Unit at Western RV finally. Had to show service manager where leak was, we were told tent ends were fine. Kids beds were soaked from rain. Overall very very bad experience with service manager all the way up to owner.
