New Zip Dee Awning fabrics- pull over slide cut
too short. Toad braking system - took awhile, but eventually got it right. Toilet leaks - couple of hundred later, it still leaks A/C very noisy - paid to fix it, still noisy Retractable steps - still doesn't retract all the time |

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Not enough experience on staff to deal with high end coaches, and their owners. Every action item had to be redone and re-looked at, nothing fixed right the first time through. | ||
