| Evaluation of Service Performed: | We have been coming to Spartan since 2007. They do all our annual chassis maintenance and repairs. Can't say enough about the people, service and customer support. If you ride on a Spartan you owe it to yourself to take it here, only. It is the best chassis on the road. | ||

| Service Performed: | I stopped in as it was along our route on our trip around the country. Had them check the alignment and steering, as I felt it had a bit too much wander. They did a very thorough alignment, replaced a defective drag link, and just to be sure the tires weren't causing a problem, they replaced the front tires. All at no charge. After the work was done, we went for a test ride. The Service Manager (Chris McCord) felt the ride was a bit harsh over big bumps, so he offered to upgrade our shocks to some new Koni adjustable shocks. Again, no charge to us. They treated us like royalty, and showed exceptional concern for our satisfaction. They provide a few electric only places in the parking lot where you can camp overnight. Not exactly the nicest place to camp, but it's very convenient (there's really not a camping option anywhere nearby that we could find), and they come out to your coach in the morning to pick it up to take it to the shop. | ||
