Class A - Gasoline
Work not done, No communication, lack of call-backs, excessive hold time, can't find work order, found work order but they don't know what it means. 4 days late now and counting. Certified letter to GM but no reply yet. 2nd time for this type of situation.
Evaluation of Service Performed:
Work is normally satisfactory, when it is finally competed and they can figure out how to use the phone or email to contact you.
