  Work Done on:   Class A - Gasoline
  Service Performed:   Repaired rear bedroom slideout on 2001 Coachmen Santara.
They made a service call to KOA to access the problem. Slide would not retract after a loud bang on the outward motion.

Removed "screwed down" panels under the bed to find a womens magnifying makeup mirror & a 6 inch diameter x 3 inch thick roll of "tar tape" jammed in the gearing & caused the pin to snap. After almost an hour they were able to remove the tape, piece by piece.This was on a Friday afternoon. We moved the slide in by hand & made an appointment for 8am Monday. When arrived at the dealership, they cleared out the shop & were able to repair the slide. I was on my way within an hour. My hat goes off to Mark Beauregard & Jean Pierre for excellent attention to my problem. I would recommend them without hesitation! Now I'm waiting to see what Coachmen has to say about this. A lack of quality control at time of manufacturing I would say!!
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Extremely pleased with their service and it's still working today after a trip to Newfoundland from there & we're now home in Peachland BC.
