We arrived at Charlies Monday at noon. My appointment was for Tuesday. About an hour later Charlie came over and started checking my Hydro-hot, with in a few minutes he traced the problem to my management system. A short time later a few more people showed up and started on the other work to be done. Two hours later my coach was done. To top it all off Charlie and his wife Vicki and their tech Tom insisted we go out to dinner with them and some other coach owners that were there. I felt like I was part of there family. It's not to often you find great service done by great people.
