Installation of Go Power Solar Extreme Kit. However, this was not the first
time we've had work done by them. On 07/30/2019 we had our Norcold RV refrigerator replaced, thankfully it was covered under an extended warranty! |

In both the above cases the work was done exceptionally well. The techs'
attention to detail is to be commended (I am a former nuclear engineer and I appreciate this level of competency). In both cases, the new equipment has worked as designed and there have been no residual issues. (However, we need to have additional operational history on the solar install. It is still a bit early.) Two caveats: 1. RV's are a complex, rolling piece of equipment. The more the user/ owner knows and understands about their unit, the greater the lifespan of the unit and more pleasure one will get out of it. This does not account for poor workmanship by repair personal. However, one can better oversee the work accomplished when they are more knowledgeable. 2. I have been amazed at the amount of work this facility accomplishes. They are typically ~3 weeks out on their scheduling. Both our jobs were completed on the day scheduled. I would definitely recommend these folks to anyone! |

| Service Performed: | Leak from accordion shower enclosure, faulty LP detector. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Took care of the leak in the shower quick and complete. The LP detector has one more go around to have it replaced. The warranty will not cover it till it has failed 3 times, but the dealer said when it does they will replace it no questions. Have not taken the travel trailer out again sense the work has been done but will later this week. | ||
