  Service Performed:   Remove and replace HWH hydraulic motor which operates slides and level system.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Excellent job performed quickly and correctly. Pointed out additional problem which I had not seen, and ordered the part and repaired that device
when the part arrived.

  Service Performed:   Repair roof air conditioner, new house and chassis batteries and yearly service on all appliances and systems.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Made appointment for the work. On arrival service manager wrote up my work order quickly and things went very smooth. I left motorhome with them for these services and the manager called regularly to keep me updated on all repairs and costs. I am well satisfied with them and what they did on my motorhome. Will use again if needed.

  Service Performed:   Generator would not stay running on the road. Problem began in September 09 when I took it in to have my generator serviced. When I got it back it wasn't working. I took my RV in FIVE times between September 09 and Aug 10 to work on the generator for the same problem. They had it a total of 57 days. I only hope it is corrected now, on the fifth time in. My RV is a 2007 which I bought at Mid-State RV. I began having problems with the power converter almost immediately, but they would never believe that I had a problem. They finally fixed those problems in 2010 by replacing the power converter.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   They don't seem to be able to diagnose a problem very well at all. It also seems they like to quickly conclude that the customer is doing something wrong.

  Service Performed:   We tore our back cap away from RV and had to have it and a cargo door repaired. Cargo door needed to be special ordered so we decided to have it ordered and replaced in October as we were passing through. The cap also needed to be painted.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   The work was excellent and we were treated very well. Knowing we are fulltimers, Michelle immediately started the work and dealt with our insurance adjuster. It was finished as promised and we were very pleased. We would recommend this shop to anyone needing body work done. It is up the road from Perry GA

  Service Performed:   I found that I had slide trouble 10 days before supposed to leave on an extended trip. I called Mid-State and talked to asst. service manager explaining the trouble to her. She put a technician on the line and he diagnosed the problem and got the parts manager on the line to order the parts. Even though they were booked 3 weeks out with work, when the parts came, they called and said to bring my RV in and they would work me in. Which they did. The parts were installed and the slides repaired quickly and professionally. Their techs are factory certified and know their business.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Work was done in a timely and professional manner. I have bought two RVs from this company and have always had excellent buying experiences and exceptional customer service. They are a pleasure to do business with.
