work - the service manager can be kind of a pain but you really dont deal with him - If you go there ask for Tim the service writer - great guy and also has a rv background/experience |

| Service Performed: | Our V10 engine failed while visiting Davenport, Ia. Lost a cylinder and had to replace the engine. What a difficult job and complicated. We were really concerned about driving a vehicle that had to have everything removed and replaced. Chris, the mechanic who worked all week removing and replacing the engine did and excellent job. Everything worked perfectly when we hit the road again. 1000 miles later it still works flawlessly. Price was in line with a complete engine replacement. We stayed in a campground 2 miles away until the day they needed to take our rig. Gave the rig to them Monday and got it back Sat. morning ready to go. We checked in each day and were welcome to talk to Chris and check progress. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | They work on many motorhomes and we highly recommend them for any service you need on a gas rig. They do both Ford and Workhorse service. | ||
