Had appointment to have my 2004 RAM3500 at the shop for installing new 16K Valley Hitch and additional electral plug. Was 4 minutes late in arriving, was asured that that was no problem. STARTING TIME 9.04am (I had phoned them fro the Albion Ferry that I would be there 4 minutes after 9AM - Megan told me that there was no problem - thank you). Promised pick up time 2.00PM

After leaving the truck at E&H, I arrived back at shop again at 2.30PM. THEY HAD NOT EVEN STARTED ON THE JOB !!!!!!!!!! NO PHONECALL - THEY HAD MY CELL NUMBER. NO APOLOGIES! WHEN I TOLD THEM THAT I HAD TO GET BACK TO MAPLE RIDGE TO CONTINUE AT WORK, THEY LET ME WAIT AN EXTRA 6.5 MINUTES AND THEN PARKED MY PICKUP AT THE BACK OF A MUDDY PARKING LOT FROM WHERE I HAD TO PICK IT UP.
