  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Very proficient and timely. 45 minutes in and out, great job.

  Work Done on:   Class A - Gasoline
  Service Performed:   Changed fuel filter and tried to diagnose poor engine performance. It was a F53 460, the known problem with the defective fuel pump. Which they weren't even aware of. There are Ford TSB's on the problem. They charged $300 to run diagnostics and change the fuel filter. They said I needed a new fuel tank and lines and pump which would cost $4500.00
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   They were horrible to deal with. I have never experienced such rude, cocky pirates in my life. True crooks. Almost everyone in the service waiting area said the same thing. If they weren't the nearest factory service center for warranty work, they wouldn't be there, etc.

  Service Performed:   Check out alignment problem.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Made appointment ONE MONTH in advance. Both of us knew the RV had to go on a lift. Arrived on time. Spent 4 hours waiting for a lift to open...never happened. Finally they sent a guy underneath on a creeper. He claimed there was damage to the rear axle. I must have hit something. THAT didn't happen. Asked for and got documentation. Then took it to a nearby private shop. They laughed. Next day, they called. Problem solved. Never went back to Holman Ford Trucks...and never will.
