Jerry showed up right on time for the inspection, evaluated the problem, recommended solution. A/C replaced, again on time,
under budget and very timely. Work was done quickly and efficiently. Both times Jerry was punctual, courteous and professional. Had the fridge replaced the year before so this was not our first experience with Jerry of Hilco. Hope we never see them again but should the need arise they will be the first we call. |

| Service Performed: | Repair of a non-functioning 1995 Dometic refrigerator: The mobile service technician, Jerry, came to the RV park and promptly trouble shot and replaced the refrigerator control board and cleaned the gas orifice. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | The charge for the service call was $25 and coupled with the labor charge of $56 was reasonable. The used Dinosaur control board that the technician used was priced at $65. The total bill for repairing the refrigerator was $151. Very reasonable. | ||

in order to maintain the 3rd year of the warranty, which entailed: - Inspecting & cleaning the burner - Inspecting & cleaning the cooling unit flue - Inspecting & cleaning the cooling unit spiral baffle - Inspecting & removing debris from the roof cap - Checking control board for correct operation |

Hands down the best service experience we have
ever had. Scheduling was a breeze. When we showed up, they started work right away. The service technician was friendly, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. Over the phone, we were told the appointment would take approximately an hour, that the service work itself was about 30 minutes, and that the charge would be about $37. From the time we arrived at Hilco, to the time we fired up to leave was about 45 minutes. The service took about 25 minutes total. The cost was exactly $37.50. If you're in the Yuma area... use Hilco for your service work! |
