  Service Performed:   The mobile mechanic arrived in about 2 hours, found the problem was the air bag leveling valve, bought a new one, installed it in the Wal-Mart parking lot and we were done! We were very pleased with the work and only costing $517. When I studied the bill I saw we were charged for 5 hours and he was working with us for only 3 (including the trip for parts.) Good Sam's ERS said they paid for the service call so I called to see when the exact service call was--when we called or when they arrived. Good Sam's said it was when they arrived so I called ME to question our part of the bill:
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   I told him I had a question about my bill. He said, "Your bill is correct, have a good day." and hung up! He called back! I asked why he hung up on me. Almost exact quote--You people in your quarter million dollar motor homes try to nickle and dime me and don't want to pay. It is always the WOMEN who call and complain, what is wrong with your MEN? I saved you thousands of dollars keeping you from a towing charge and you nit pick over a few dollars!" This went on for a minutes or so BEFORE I asked the question about the 3 or 5 hours. I understand a portal to portal charge, I just wanted an explanation. He was so rude I was just shaking when I hung up. (Maybe it's the women who pay the bills so they make the calls?!)
