  Evaluation of Service Performed:   We are "snow birds" here in Seminole and had a problem with our air conditioning unit on our travel trailer. I called
Harberson RV on a Tuesday and they gave us an appointment for Wednesday morning at 9 am. Upon arrival we were greeted and
introduced to the team that would diagnose and work on our RV. We very quickly learned we needed a new air conditioner
unit which they had in stock and installed for us in addition to sealing a small hole in our roof that we didn't know
existed. We were out of the service area by 11:30 am and back at our RV park by noon. Great service, great people, great
experience. Definitely recommend Harberson RV for service.

  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Work was promised to be completed in two weeks, after five weeks, work still not complete, was taken in a not repaired condition.

  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Friendly service personnel, easy to make appointment and were expecting me when I arrived. Completion of job was slightly delayed because of part shortage. But work was done efficiently.

  Service Performed:   Repaired malfunctioning slide-out mechanism.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   I watched while the technician worked on my coach from 1:30PM (I had to have coach there at 7:30AM!!!) to 4:30PM (3 hours), but I was charged 7.5 hours labor. I complained to the service department head (to no avail)then wrote to the company president, but received no reply. Work performed was satisfactory, but charge was WAY OUT OF LINE.
