  Date of Service:   8/11/2015
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   Work requested: Front alignment, check tire balance, inspect brakes, identify noticeable issue, make recommendations. Work completed: alignment was
adjusted, balanced tires, inspected brakes (they were good), replaced front two tires. Finished up with road test.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Work was performed as described. The garage was very busy, but the staff took time to answer questions and provide updates. Appreciated the
recommendation to replace front two tires. Coach rides much smoother now. I was pleasantly surprised when I received the bill. Comparing the cost for
similar services in AZ, Kaiser is a great value especially for the quality delivered.

  Date of Service:   10/29/2013
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   In October, 2013 Kaiser Brake and Alignment replaced
the ball joints on the steering on our 2004 Dutch
Star, Spartan chassis. This is a common problem. The
rubber boots fail and the joints fail as a result.
The motor home had 58500 miles on it. At 69000
miles, during a scheduled chassis lube and general
inspection on December, 2016, both ball joints were
found to have had failed and had to be replaced.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   They had failed due to damage to the rubber boots
during installation.

  Date of Service:   6/17/2009
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   Had them evaluate uneven tire wear on front tires. They diagnosed a toe alignment issue. Upon getting into the work they found the bushings were worn, the back axle wheel seals were weeping, and there were some cracks at the rear axle. They advised the air dryer appeared to
be spitting some oil and probably needed service too, and advised new tires on rear axle due to age of tires.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Bushings replaced, cracks v'd out and welded, track and alignment, and 2 front tires replaced. Didn't have time to have air dryer serviced as we were trying desperately to get out of town but when air dryer work done by Cummins Cal Pacific in El Cajon, CA it was very obvious the air dryer service was desperately overdue.

The Kaiser Brake guys were very thorough and made adjustments after 5pm Friday because their test drive showed them the adjustment was needed.

Sadly I think the highways in California ruined the alignment all of 4 days later. Wish I were returning to Oregon as I'd definitely go back to Kaiser Brake and Alignment. I'd avoid CA Hwy 205 near Tracy, CA, it's just ridiculous.
