  Service Performed:   I have taken three different rigs to Al's over the years. I have everything from very minor work to large jobs done. I have been going in since 2000.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   I really like these guys. They go out of the way to make sure the customer is happy and they do good work. On one or two occasions something may
not have turned out just right and they are right on top of making sure it is corrected and that I am happy.

  Service Performed:   Air bladder on slide out was not working properly. Took them 10 minutes to find the problem. Had to order new air compressor from HWH. Less than an hour after the part arrived it was installed. Slide our room has been working flawlessly ever since.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   As good or better than would have been done at the Foretravel factory. The tech really knew his stuff.

  Service Performed:   Supposed to replace black water tank, failed to perform.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   On Jan. 4 we called Al's to get a quote on replacing the black water tank that had developed a small leak. Talked to Lyle and he said he would send Mike to look at it. Mike lives in Happy Trails where we were staying for 2 months. Told him to call first, but Mike just showed up one day without a call and looked at the problem. Said they would order parts and call with the quote. After several weeks, I tried to call Lyle but when my call was transferred to his phone, it just rang and I hung up after about 5 minutes with no answer. This was repeated at least 3 times over the next month. I called Mike and he said they were having trouble getting the part number from Monaco. I emailed Monaco tech support and had a reply in 12 hours with the part numbers for our tanks.

I emailed Mike with the part number and the information for them to open a claim with our extended warranty company. This is now early February and we were leaving at the end of the month. After no word for a week, I tried calling Lyle and again he failed to answer his phone. I called Mike and he said he would be in the shop in a few hours and would call me with the status. He never called. This was a another repeating situation as he NEVER called me after promising to do so. He did stop by on a Saturday and said the part would be in on Monday or Tuesday. I called around Friday when I had heard nothing and again got a promise of a status phone call that never came.

A week before our departure from Happy Trails I called Mike and got a lame statement about tracking numbers. We finally left on March 8 and they never called us and never did any work.

These people are either totally incompetent or just plain liars. They lied to us for 2 months.

We have had work done by Al's shop in Yuma and been very satisfied with their performance but stay far away from the Glendale shop.
