Service Performed:   The door awning would not retract. Net Coach contacted RV MD who responded within 60 minutes to assess and/or repair the awning.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   RV MD assessed the problem as a broken gear then advised me to contact Tiffin since the coach is under warranty. He carefully removed the awning from the
coach, wrapped a cord around it then placed it in our Jeep until I could send it to Tiffin. He was timely and effective in providing this service.

  Company Contact:   Steve Clemit
Work Done on:   5th Wheel Trailer
Service Performed:   Reinstall black tank after it fell out.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   RV MD was asked to reinstall the black holding tank after it fell out as a defect from the factory. All work done by RV MD was preformed in Tucson, Arizona.

Cross Roads sent all parts-from new holding tank, new brackets (they were redesigned with complete instructions how it was to be done. Bolted not screwed into the frame), new insulation, new underbelly fabric, new vent and 3" black sewer line seal, new flush. All parts and labor were covered by Cross roads, as it was determined to be a factory defect.

RV MD sent out a technician to install the new tank, lines, seals, flush, insulation and underbelly fabric. The tank was to be installed with new designed brackets. The bracket were to have been bolted into the frame. In addition I bought additional insulation to be installed.
I was told all work was finished. Cross Roads paid the labor in February of 2009.

In April the tank fell out a 2nd time with the contents of the black tank spilling in the underbelly contaminating everything from front to back of the underbelly.
RV MD came out and it was determined the brackets were screwed in not bolted in place. Cross Roads refused to pay for the labor a 2nd time as it as not done correct.
RV MD said they reinstalled it correct the 2nd time and replaced the underbelly material and insulation again.
In May 2009, just 1 day before I left Tucson the flush hose came disconnected from the black tank and filled the underbelly with water. RV MD sent a tech out who cut open the underbelly fabric, replaced the hose and taped it closed. I was told it was fixed correctly.

After driving 300 miles, the tape came loose and was replaced 2 times. RV MD said they would take care of the cost of fixing and replacing the underbelly fabric, however I was never able to get them to do so. Cross Roads sent out new Fabric and I replaced the insulation in Sept. of 2009.

In January, the black tank began to leak again, a hole was cut in the plywood above the tank and it was determined the seals were not installed and the black tank never sealed, allowing sewer contents to flow out of the black tank into the underbelly.

I contacted RV MD more than 15 times by phone and 5 times by e-mail. All e-mails were ignored. I was placed on hold many times or told the owner would call back. It has never happened.

Cross Roads has sent new seals and underbelly fabric. I had to buy insulation and pay for the repairs.

I would never use RV MD. The work was not done correctly and never fixed when discovered it was done wrong.

Service Performed:   Initially, I had a furnace problem that they were able to diagnose immediately, so I had them fix my awning. Then they also dialed in my Satellite to the best signal I've ever had. Apparently, I had rat damage that they were able to repair internally to fix my picture.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   These guys really know their stuff. From the lady I talked to on the phone, who was polite and friendly, to the mobile repair guy that actually came out. They were fast, friendly, and knowledgeable about what they were doing! I'd easily recommend them to anyone.
