Knew I was in trouble as soon as I started the coach - screamed like a banshee and voltmeter low as they had put on the wrong alternator belt. After much procrastination and swearing by the "mechanic", said they did not have the proper belt. Fortunately, I carry spares and they FINALLY got it on. Suspicious of what else may have been done wrong (or if it was done at all). Since this was a Sunday, I was told there was no one to complain to. Cummins Power South owns most if not all of the other Cummins franchises in central/South FL. Although a friend said the franchise at Ocala was OK (if expensive), I would not go back to any of their facilities. |
