This place is the epitome of poor service and customer relations. They have never fixed a water leak (5 tries) and never
were able to correctly diagnose a faulty electrical system. Then they tried blaming us for their incompetence. We are currently taking legal action under the Lemon Law and the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act. Buyer beware here... Update - 5/30/2014 The Company President made good on his promise to fix our issue. He wound up being a stand-up guy! Wish him well with his plans! |
