  Date of Service:   10/1/2003
  Company Contact:   Chuck
  Work Done on:   Travel Trailer
Service Performed:   Trailer needed a panel replaced, dead bolt adjustment, drawer stop put on, wire attached to dryer, awning switch replaced, bathroom door knob repaired.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   When picking up unit, owner not in town. I was told I couldn't have trailer unless work was paid in full. I didn't have a problem with this. I pointed out my complaints to the tech that did the work ( a young man of 18 )and was told the owner would be back in 3 to 4 weeks. I finally was able to talk to the owner about my problems(door lock assembly replaced, tech broke the one on my trailer, 3 hrs billed for attaching wire on dryer $225.00, 1 hr. billed to staple stop back on rear of drawer, bathroom door knob that was now broken and need to be replaced, and were the new panel was installed it looked as if an entire tube of caulk was use. I also explained that it took me and my wife 2 1/2 hours to clean all the dirt and sawdust that was left behind. And the one that got me heated was the damage to floor were the dryer had been dragged out and shoved back in. When I asked the owner
what he planned to do about these problems, he hung the phone up on me and never returned my calls. I now have been forced to take actions. This company is a joke and should be closed down.
