Lost my alternator in Poulsbo. Spent hours on the
phone trying to find a repair option. Finally, my wife found Mark on the internet. I called, he told me how to keep the coach running so that I could get to him. It was nearly end of day, so he said we could overnight in his parking lot. He had a 50 amp circuit we plugged into and at 8:00 the next morning, one of his long time techs started. |

We were thrilled, they had the alternator on the shelf
(ours is a 20 year old Navigator with a 300 horse Cummins). By noon that day we were back on the road with smooth sailing back to Colorado. |

Tremendously disappointed in quality of work done and timeliness.
Many things overlooked and several issues discovered after we got the coach home. They had it for so long that we did not feel comfortable taking it back even though we should have since they charged us to fix several of the problems. In addition they left the oil cap off so the entire rear of the coach was covered in oil after driving it home. Since we had done business with Cascade Diesel previously and always happy with the work we were very surprised and disappointed to see this level of professionalism come out of their shop |

Had spark plug wires and spark plugs replaced on Chevrolet Vortec motor. The facility was very knowledgeable about the heat problems with this engine and they were only willing to use ceramic plug wires as the replacement wires.
