Issue was engine overheating on long uphill
climbs. C-7 engine known to have crankcase vent blow residue into radiator/CAC, eventually causing reduced air flow. They steam cleaned rad/CAC, ran an extension off the crankcase vent to prevent future issues & performed PM. Work completed when promised with no surprise charges. Kirk Ault was excellent in scheduling service, keeping me updated during the morning, reviewing inspection results and charges when completed. All in all, highly recommended! |

I've been to other "Oasis" facilities that didn't even know what it was. This Facility rates a 10 out of 10. Full hookups, tented picnic area, enclosed dog run
and very clean parking area for the RV. Kirk is very straight forward and reliable. We plan our winter trips to Arizona around getting our motorhome serviced at this facility. This time they also discovered the motorhome wasn't level and did the chassis adjustments needed to correct. This is really an A+ site |

We have been using this facility since 2006. Always excellent service from RV Service Manager Kirk Ault and his crew. The technician also identified a couple
of minor issues for me to do which did not require their time (and money). As an "Oasis" Freightliner they have tech's specially trained on RV's. If you are a member of FCOC (Freightliner Chassis Owners Club) you can now get a 10% discount here and many other Oasis locations. |

Complete general chassis inspection, repaired faulty ABS sensor, found and repaired air leaks, cleaned CAC, and diagnosed 3 other non-critical
problems that could not be repaired within the time available. |

Excellent - shop was very busy but Kirk worked us in and completed all items professionally and competently. Will certainly use this shop again - 1st
class facility! We stayed in our coach before and after repair at the on site full service RV parking area provided by Freightliner. |

Excellent repair of clogged radiator fins, plastic surge tank showing signs of spider cracking, and replacement of dash air compressor and hose.
Kurt Ault and his team did an excellent job of repairing problems. Neat, clean shop and facilities. 8 RV sites. |
