  Date of Service:   1/21/2016
Work Done on:   Class A - Gasoline
Service Performed:   I took my Coach in to fix the Dash AC and the cruise control.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   My first paper work I was quoted $200 for AC and $200 for cruise control fix. They told me it probably wouldn't take all that but they wanted to cover
extras it might take. They found that my cruise control servo was bad and quoted me $539.35 for a new one. Then they told me the bill was already $200
(to find the servo problem)and it would be another $200 to put the new one in for a total of $939. then said the AC would be about $400 more if it was the
standard recharge and nothing else wrong with it. I stopped them there and went and picked up my coach and paid $200. When I got home I pulled the
part (10 minutes) and found they had put it back in my coach with self tapping screw instead of the machine screws. This chewed up the threads beyond
repair.I then searched the part and could get it anywhere for les then $300. I feel they tried to run up my bill and did very poor work. Beware

  Date of Service:   7/14/2015
  Company Contact:   Jeremy Anderson
Work Done on:   Class A - Gasoline
Service Performed:   Replaced basement heat pump.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   They did a great job or removing a dead heat pump and installing a new model in its place. There was a problem with a noisy fan that was a manufacturing
defect that they diagnosed and fixed. Their charges were reasonable too. I would use them again.
  Value of Service:   Excellent
  Quality of Service:   Excellent
