My wife and I bought a travel trailer from them less than one week ago. We paid $600 for a delivery inspection and detailing of the trailer. We also paid
$650 for a weight distribution hitch and set up. After we picked up the trailer we found out the weight distribution hitch was set about 6 inches too high
for our vehicle. Also after we got the trailer home (less than 5 miles) we smelled a gas leak. We took the trailer back to camping world who said they would
let us know the problem. They never did. We had to go threaten the GM to get the problem fixed for both the leak and weight distribution hitch. The GM
said he understood our frustration but offered nothing to correct the mistake, in fact he blamed us for the problems, saying that we caused the issue by
towing the trailer home. Keep in mind the delivery inspection was supposed to catch all leaks, by checking and charging the lines first. Because of these
problems we started looking into what else they missed. Well we paid for a coating on the trailer to protect it from the sun and black streaks. The service
dept did the treatment, but failed to clean the trailer first, so we have the black streaks under the windows permanently now. I will never go back to this
location if i don't have to.

Bought trailer with burned out motor for stabilizer jacks. They said when I bought it they would fix it and I wouldn't even have to leave it overnight.
That was five months ago. Every time I call they say they are waiting on a part. Now they are telling me that when they get the part, I'll need to leave
the trailer there for several weeks before they can get to it. I've called them numerous times, and they always say they'll call back, but they have never
once called back.

After having the RV for three weeks, they still had not even bothered to do the estimate. Calls were never once returned, either to us or to the
insurance company. Insurance finally demanded to speak to someone and we were told (in a three-way call with us & insurance) they were so busy
that they were two months behind on oil changes. Insurance is now bringing in an independent appraiser to handle things. Pretty bad that Camping
World cannot even handle that simple of a task!

Oil filter and grease job on a 2001 Monaco Dynasty and generator oil and filter these were both diesels.

Work was not done although charged. Oil not changed, filter not changed, grease not done. Generator oil not changed, filter was changed after dust on filter shown to Service Manager. Full price refunded when confronted.
