Rear leveler failed. Under warranty. Sonny's ordered part. Said it would take 2 weeks to get part in. Continued on vacation.
Received call part was in. Rushed to Sonny's for install. On July 20th, Had 8 am appointment. Not seen until 11 am. Part not
in and then the Wrong part arrived late in afternoon, left. Paid $268 just to have rear leveler removed.

Tried to complain to manager, who hid in office to avoid us. Service manager took complaint, very harsh.
Very poor customer service!!
