  Date of Service:   8/15/2019
Work Done on:   Class A - Gasoline
Service Performed:   I bought a used 2002 Allegro 30 foot
class A the back air conditioner did not
work. Robert and Steve quickly replaced
the AC gave me important information
regarding my motorhome as I am a newbie.
While there they saw that my water pump
was leaking and quickly replace that.
Then my jacks wouldn't work and they
replace them every time they have been
considerate their prices are more than
prices are more than reasonable
reasonable. Steve is a licensed
electrician and knows more about RVs
than anyone. They are without a doubt
the best.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   I have been so grateful for them and how
good they have been to me. I am 72 and
travel alone with my dog (which Steve
brings treats) and what they have taught
me can't be measured. Quality quality
and very reasonable.

  Company Contact:   Steve or Rob
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   We we're located at the
Tifton KOA headed to our
business with the family
when our Norcold
Refrigerator decided to stop
working. Nevermind the fact
that we just got through
purchasing quite a few
groceries the day before as
it is a four-door
refrigerator. We contacted
R&S (Rob & Steve) Mobile RV
Repair out of Nashville
Georgia formerly RV Steve as
we have requested their
services many times before
to find out they could
respond within an hour. Steve
asked me a few questions in
relation to our
refrigerator. Primarily if
we ever smelled the aroma of
ammonia and of course my
answer was yes to his
question. I was concerned
about our grocery purchase
and the potential loss of
groceries when Steve
reinforced the idea there
was no need for concern as
they had everything covered
for these types of
situations. Rather than
purchasing large coolers for
a one-time-use these
reliable techs showed up
with a mid-size refrigerator
to transfer our perishables
to. Sure enough they stood
true to their word as they
have a mid-size refrigerator
they provide customers with
to transfer perishables to
while they change out
cooling units on their
refrigerators. After
assessing that it was in
fact an ammonia leak both
techs cleaned up and sat
down to discuss different
cost saving options for us.
Steve took the time to
explain to us that RV
Manufacturers are now
replacing self-absorbsion
type refrigerators with
residential refrigerators in
Class A's and Fifth Wheels.
Being a licensed electrician
Steve explained to us how he
would integrate the new
residential refrigerator
into our converter system so
we could utilize the
refrigerator without the
need for generator power
while driving down the road.
Also it would allow for
larger interior storage
capacity, cold water and a
crushed ice dispenser which
they tied into the kitchen
sink along with a double
reverse osmosis filtration
system. The water and the
ice taste great. A brand new
refrigerator like the one we
opted for cost about the
same amount as a cooling
unit for the Norcold.
Honestly I don't know why
anybody wouldn't opt for
this type of upgrade. The
only downside to this
residential refrigerator
upgrade is he would have to
remove our large window so
the refrigerator could be
transferred into the RV and
the old one taken out. For
me this was no concern
whatsoever as we have
requested Rob & Steve on
other occasions when passing
through and received nothing
less than professional and
competent RV repair. I truly
wish there was a way to post
pictures on this website as
Rob performs excellent
interior structural repair,
modification and upgrades.
Our Vintage Bluebird
Wanderlodge was given to me
by my Dad with explicit
instruction that only Rob &
RV Steve are to work on it
when we travel from our
business in Kentucky to our
other business in Florida
every four months. This
Wanderlodge has been in the
family for many years. My
Dad and I are extremely
selective as to who works on
it. The nickel finish
stainless steel refrigerator
looks like it originally
came with the RV. Rob
replaced the standard
refrigerator door handles
with maple handles and hand
routed the stainless steel
to inlay maple strips and
our family name which he
hand carved to match the
kitchen decor at no
additional cost. Rob and RV
Steve said this was their
gift to my Dad as he is
getting older and was unable
to make this trip. Rob truly
has a superb eye for detail.
This was an unexpected touch
that brought a tear to my
Dad's eye when he saw their
craftsmanship and reinforce
the idea as to why we only
request them by name.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Both of these technicians
take great pride in their
craftsmanship and technical
competency. Their mannerism
in our home while
interacting with my family
was and always is nothing
less than professional.
Their focus on our
satisfaction was and always
is maintained as their
number one priority. They
kept us well informed as to
their plan of action and
they stood true the word
from start to finish. They
both go the extra mile and
they pride themselves on
charging 1/2 of what a
dealership would charge for
on-site service capability.
If we had the financial
resources to invest in this
type of a RV Mobile Repair
business we most certainly
would and have them
represent us. My Dad and I
truly believe they have the
right mindset for a business
to become successful.
- If they don't repair your
problem you don't pay a
dime. (As printed on their
business card.)
- They stand true to their
word as their word is their
bond and what you give is
what you get in life.
Thank you Rob and Steve once
again for your exceptional
performance. You both exceed
the standard in RV Service
and Repair.

  Date of Service:   8/15/2018
  Company Contact:   Steve or Rob
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   My air conditioners seemed
to stop working off of my
generator when I was in
North Georgia headed
southbound on I75. I called
Rob and Steve as I have used
their services in the past
and they told me they could
meet me at the Tifton KOA.
Upon arrival they were there
waiting for us just as they
stated they would be. After
our meet and greet they
found that my Energy
Management System (EMS) had
failed. Since my elderly
parents were traveling with
my Wife and I Steve was
determined to get the air
conditioners going right
away. He safely bypassed the
EMS system and got my air
conditioners working
immediately off shore power.
They had to run back to
their shop to retrieve a new
EMS control board and said
they would return within the
hour to install it. Upon
their return Steve didn't
have to shut off the shore
power and my air conditioners
were only shut off one at a
time while he performed the
EMS installation. He said it
was important for my elderly
parents to have air
conditioning and that's why
he bypassed the EMS control
board before he left to get
a new board. Upon
installation Rob and Steve
turned on every possible
electrical appliance too
include my Wife's blow-dryer
to test the EMS system and
ensure the least important
appliance would shut off
without tripping any of the
circuit breakers. Perfection,
the EMS performed as
expected and so did both of
these outstanding
technicians.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Their prompt service,
ability to stand behind
their word and technical
knowledge was overly
impressive. The level of
care and concern these
professionals had for my
family's well-being was
truly first class. The
Tifton KOA will now be our
anticipated stay over
location so these
technicians can provide
annual service to our coach.
The Tifton KOA was a very
nice park to stay at and
staffed with friendly
employees. It was located
slightly away from the
interstate just enough to
enjoy the peace and quiet.
Knowing there were two
competent RV Technicians we
could call upon to assist us
in our time of need affirmed
this park will now and
continue to be the park for
us. Lastly I would like to
say these technicians were
surprisingly sneaky. One was
taking care of installing my
EMS control board while the
other one was outside
hooking up all of my service
connections and
disconnecting my car I
towed. That was one last
thing I had to do prior to
going to dinner.
Thank you Rob and Steve. You
guys are truly amazing and
at only a fraction of the
price I anticipated our
service bill would be. Truly
a first class experience all
the way around.

Service Performed:   Inoperative heat pump/AC compressor
Evaluation of Service Performed:   RV Steve took the time to thoroughly inspect and test every component from the power supply into the unit, all the way
through the thermostat and control box inside the RV, to the roof inspection where a burnt wire was located and replaced
successfully in a timely manner. All the time we spoke of different RV maintenance tips and things to do correctly to
protect our most valuable asset (Our Home!). His knowledge of RVs and their systems was amazing and very comforting. If I
find problems with my home, I will be sure to schedule a trip to Grassy Pond in Georgia to find RV Steve to get it fixed,
if he hasn't walked me through the problem on the phone. Thanks for everything, and I highly recommend this guy to anyone
traveling along the I-75 corridor near Exit 5 in Georgia. You will be impressed, amazed and fixed with your wallet and bank
accounts intact.

  Date of Service:   10/21/2017
Work Done on:   5th Wheel Trailer
Service Performed:   1. A/C (fan on top making "noise") - Steve adjusted
it and tested the wiring.
2. A/C (thermostat sometimes won't shut off) I bought
one thinking it should be replaced - Steve tested the
thermostat wiring finding a short and repaired it,
then he bought the new thermostat from me since it
was not needed.
3. Replace light fixture.
4. The galley tank valve handle shaky, under-belly
coming loose - Steve added bracing for pipe and
repaired the under-belly.
5. When I replaced the CO detector I black-taped the
wires - Steve fixed the wiring connections properly
for me and tested the wiring.

While performing the tasks which I requested, Steve
observed other potential concerns and brought them to
my attention.
As such I agreed to the following work as well:
6. A/C (inside) cleaned, taped holes/gaps, replaced
the filter and tested the wiring.
7. Resealed the roof.
8. Resealed the sides and trim.
9. Hot water heater serviced - Anode Rod replaced,
tank washed out and wiring tested.
10. A wire in the electric converter had melted
insulation at the breaker - repaired and wiring
tested.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   We have use Steve's services a couple of times in the
past and were happy with his work so on a recent trip
through N. Florida and S. Georgia we looked him up
again.
Steve is very knowledgeable of RV systems and very
skilled at diagnosing and repairing them.
He is also very polite, professional, and customer-
focused.
You quickly get a sense that he is very passionate
about his work and enjoys helping people with their
RV needs.
He takes time to explain how things work as he tells
what needs to be serviced, repaired, replaced.
When necessary he takes before and after pictures to
point out issues and to demonstrate actual work
completed.
He is very fair and affordable in pricing for his
work.
We definitely would recommend Steve's service to
anyone.

Work Done on:   5th Wheel Trailer
Service Performed:   Fixed breaker issue caused by slides pinching and cutting electrical
cable; repaired road damage to cowling that resulted in wires
hanging down and diagnosed & made adjustments to AC unit that
has never worked well.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Beyond excellent from attitude to workmanship! We arrived in Lake
Park, GA, with several outlets and fans inoperable, some road
damage leaving a bundle of wires hanging down behind wheels. We
were next to a Camping World and initially thought we'd have to
delay our departure the next day and hope someone there could fix
the issues. However the very helpful lady in the camp office texted
Steve who arrived with his colleague Rob around 8.30pm. The
electrical problem was quickly diagnosed as a bundle of cables that
had been caught up in a slide, and fixed. The damage to the 8ft
length of fairlng (I'm British so not sure of the word) was permanently
fixed. Then Steve noticed our AC was not working effectively and by
the time he had finished we had the best flow of cool air throughout
the rig we have ever had. On top of that Steve kept up a running
commentary of useful advice and info from how to save money on
tank fluids (use Lysol) to regularly running AC & heat throughout the
year - even during storage to maintain efficiency.

We are even rethinking our future routes to Florida (from Canada) so
we can have Steve check out the smooth running on the rig when we
are down here. We are so pleased with the work and cannot
recommend highly enough. And he and Rob were super-nice
too.

Service Performed:   Repair disabled charging system and
generator
Evaluation of Service Performed:   We were retrieving my late mothers motor
home from Florida when the charging system
failed in the small town of Lake Park, GA.
We saw the positive reviews on RV Steve
and gave him a call. He immediately began
asking all the right questions, but admitted he
was an hour away on a service call.
Assuming his diagnosis might lead to a failed
alternator, I began searching for one that fit
my Cummins engine. Coincidently, the
alternator was located in the same town
where RV Steve was on a service call. Steve
was happy to pick the part up and bring it
back to where the RV was parked. Within
minutes of his arrival, we had confidence In
his ability to get address my electric
problems. Not only is Steve proud of his
abilities, he genuinely cares about his
customer and the situation they are in. In
less than an hour, Steve had our disabled
generator running and cool air filling the
cabin. Before installing the $300 alternator,
he went through every step to be 100% sure
the expense was necessary. The alternator
was needed and in another hour we charging
across both sets of batteries. I highly
recommend RV Steve, not only as an RV
mechanic, but also as a caring human being.

  Work Done on:   Toy Hauler
Service Performed:   We found this wonderful
website and based upon our
location we found RV Steve in
south Georgia. We dry camp and
utilize our generator quite
frequently however for reasons
unknown we were not getting
power coming into the RV. Two
other mobile technicians had
already been out. One replaced
a transfer switch and that
didn't resolve the problem yet
we got charged for the part
and the labor. The other
mobile technician replaced the
power cord coming from the
generator to the transfer
switch, the power cord coming
from the transfer switch to
the distribution box and the
main 50 amp breaker. Still
this didn't resolve the
problem yet we got charged
again for the power cords and
all the labor which was quite
costly. We then decided to
perform some research and we
found this very informative
website on the internet. RV
Steve was one hour away from
us and I called him. He asked
me multiple questions in
relation to the RV problem I
was having. He informed me
that my generator breaker was
the defective component and he
would be out to replace it
within two hours upon
receiving my call. Because of
the previous attempts to
repair this issue I asked RV
Steve if this did not repair
the issue would he still
charge us and he stated no he
would not nor would he charge
us for the drive out to our
location. He explained to us
that we were paying him to be
technically competent in his
field of expertise and if he
couldn't repair our problem we
wouldn't have to pay a dime
for the part, his labor nor
the service call to drive to
our location. God I was
thrilled to hear that! When he
arrived I know I wasn't the
most pleasant person to deal
with based upon the previous
attempts and expenses that we
had already incurred to
rectify this problem. Under
the circumstances he was the
most pleasant technician I
have ever dealt with. It took
him all of 20 minutes to
replace the defective part in
the pouring down rain which
was the breaker in the
generator just as he stated.
Finally at last success.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   He was a very knowledgeable
technician and we were amazed
how he could diagnose the
problem without even being
here to assess if it was in
fact a defective generator
breaker. Not only was he
extremely fair on his prices
he also purchased my old
transfer switch and the power
cords we instructed the other
mobile technicians to leave
behind when they wanted to
take them. We frequent this
facility and we can say with
ease RV Steve is now our new
mobile RV technician. We only
wish we could take him with
us.

Evaluation of Service Performed:   I contacted Steve late on Thursday and explained the issue I was having with my a/c. He asked
when my next trip was scheduled. I informed we would be leaving the next week. He made
arrangements to stop by on Saturday because that was the best time for me. He diagnosed the
problem with the a/c unit and told me I really needed to get my roof resealed. I told him that was
on my list for him. He went back to the shop to get the part for the a/c unit and the caulk for the
roof. He was back in no time and kept me informed while he was gone of his progress so I knew
when to expect him back. He fixed the a/c and resealed the roof. He did an excellent job and
told me the next time it rained to let him know if it leaked and if it did he would come back and fix
it. While we were on our next trip we had very heavy rain and NO leak! We were thrilled! I
would highly recommend Steve! He is a great repairman and an all around nice guy.

Service Performed:   The work I needed done was warranty work that the dealership could not or
would not accomplish for us. We have owned the camper for almost two
years and during that time the refrigerator would work then it would not
work. The water heater only worked on propane not on electricity, the fan on
the heating unit would not work and the air conditioner would ice up when
used. We stopped at Warner Robbins, Ga and found the work could not even
be stared for two to three weeks. We decided to continue on with our two
week Vacation to Grassy Pond RV Park, Ga. Upon arrival we asked if there
was a mobile RV tech in the area and we were given RV Steve's name and
phone number.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Beyond outstanding! I have no words to describe how unbelievably fantastic
and capable RV Steve was. RV Steve came out the same day. He
immediately fixed our Refrigerator immediately by pressing a fuse into its
holder, something that A&L RV dealership in Johnson City, TN could not
figure out in almost two years. RV Steve then found the sensor for my
heating and cooling unit was not in place. He replaced this sensor with a
new one. Something A&L said had to do only with humidity and did not fix it.
RV Steve then determined that while my hot water heater worked on
propane but not electricity it must be in the switch. He found that my switch
was only wired on one side, again A&L told me that I was forgetting to set
the switch to electric. The factory and failed to wire each of these units and
A&L RV had failed to locate these problems and actually seemed not to take
the time to even look. RV Steve was fast and accurate. RV Steve has RV tec
knowledge that is far superior to any RV companies Techs that I have ever
seen and I have been RVing for 13 Years. RV Steve charged a fair and honest
price for his services. We then decided to use his superior ability and fair
prices to have other work and up grades done to our camper. We had a
broken sunshade arm replaced (wind damage). We had an electric jack
added to the front of our camper. RV Steve is also a wealth of information.
He went over our camper and found a loose fender over our wheels. He put
a screw in place so that it would not blow away while the trailer was being
moved. He drilled holes in my battery box so that the water would run out
and not ruin the battery. He made no charges for the volumes of information
he provide to me as he worked on my camper and for these little extras he
did to my camper as he worked on the things I had asked him to do for me. I
would say without reservation. Steve is the most qualified and the best RV
tech I have ever met. He is fast and accurate and his charges are extremely
fair. RV Steve was honest and ethical in his dealing with me. We plan to
bring our Class A to Grassy Pond this winter for the sole purpose of having
RV Steve work his magic on our long haul camper. I chose excellent for
Value of service and for Quality of service only because that was the top
end choice the program allowed me to use. My true feelings are RV Steve is
well beyond OUTSTANDING in every way. We plan to make a thousand mile
round trip just to so RV Steve can work on our Class A. He is just that Good.

model number. He arrived with the most likely parts
for a repair. He methodically worked through and
resolved the problem.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Steve and Rob demonstrated a very high level of skill
and knowledge. They both worked - on a cold dark night
- more hours than was billed. Considering the work
required, the pricing was very reasonable for the
service received. I am very happy I called RV Steve.

Evaluation of Service Performed:   RV Steve came out after hours, 8pm, and replaced our power converter. It was at least 95 degrees and humid. Steve did a great and quick job at a reasonable
price. Allowed us to complete our trip without a lengthy hold up. 2nd time I used his service. Extremely knowledgeable, personable and efficient. Highly
recommend RV Steve for any RV repair.

Evaluation of Service Performed:   Outstanding work and very competent. Our supply cold air was going back up into our return air and the AC was not cooling efficiently. RV Steve used
proper foil tape to ensure this didn't occur anymore and now the A/C is blowing colder than when it was brand new. Please Note: RV Steve unfortunately
now works for a dealership full-time at ALLIANCE COACH in Lake Park Georgia however still works part-time where he resides at Grassy Pond RV Park in
Lake Park Georgia. He still provides part-time work there after he works a full day at the dealership. I asked him why he stopped working full-time as a
mobile technician and he told me he got tired of fighting people to pay him half of what a traditional dealership charged. He said he guessed some of these
RVers want to pay double his labor rate and lose their RV for up to a month if not longer. He said he just couldn't comprehend it for the life of him. Well, as
they say, you don't know what you got until it's gone. I am most thankful I did right by you RV Steve and I am thankful you will continue to take me on as a
customer.

Evaluation of Service Performed:   We were told that RV Steve resides in the park. What a wonderful asset for grassy pond. He diagnosed our problem within 20 minutes, replaced a defective
hydraulic shuttle valve and we were on the road. Great service at a nice facility. We plan to come back for the entire winter.

Service Performed:   Bad Storm Inbound power awning would not retract and I had to get it in due to high winds.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   RV Steve came over, introduced himself and asked me how long I had been at Grassy Pond. I told him for 6 weeks. He asked me how long it had been since
I started my New Class A. I told him also 6 weeks. He hooked up a voltmeter to the power awning switch and it read 5.75 volts (half voltage) he said. He
asked me to try to start the RV and it would not. He told me to engage the booster switch transferring power from the house battery to the chassis battery
and it started right up. He told me to watch the volt meter and it started increasing in voltage as the alternator charged the chassis battery. Wow the power
awning operates off the chassis battery and the inverter does not charge the chassis battery while I am connected to shore power only the house batteries
of which I was not aware. Problem solved within 40 minutes at $40 dollars on-site service. Extremely Convenient. I will have him conduct all of my annual
services too include my warranty repair!!!

Evaluation of Service Performed:   We came in the Grassy Pond and it was about 10 o'clock at night. I asked the Camp Host if he knew of anybody reputable in the area that serviced RVs and
he informed me that there was a RV Technician that lived in the park. I called RV Steve to see if we could get an appointment he following morning and he
asked if he could come right over. Within 15 minutes he narrowed the problem down to a faulty relay in which he had in stock. We paid $60 for labor $25
for the relay and we had a heater!!! Just try to get that kind of competent service that late at night for that price. Now I can see why so many people come
and stay at Grassy Pond. if they ever have a problem with their RV there is a RV Technician right on the property. RV Technicians of his caliber are far and
few. Many thanks RV Steve. See you when we are headed back up north in the spring or maybe we can take you with us? SMILE

Service Performed:   My Magnum Inverter was not working correctly after I had 4 new 6 volt house batteries installed at a dealership up north where I live. I was passing through
Lake Park GA headed to Florida and Camping World of Lake Park suggested RV Steve since they did not provide Tech Support on Sunday. I called RV Steve
and he came over to have me follow him back to Grassy Pond RV Park extremely close to I75 Exit 5. He helped me set up for the night and he went to work.
He asked where my battery bank was located and found the problem within 5 seconds of opening the compartment door. The batteries were not connected
correctly and were pretty hot to the touch. He disconnected all the 6 volt batteries, allowed them to cool down and reconnected them in series and in
parallel correctly. He even provided me with a battery wiring diagram he printed off the internet. He told me a RV Tech should never assume the previous
person connected the batteries correctly and to put them in the same way they were previously installed. You should always use a reliable source of
information from the internet on "HOW TO" do many different things associated with RV repair if you are unaware. Well he reconnected them properly and
the entire system worked just the way in did prior to taking it in for the original battery install. I am good to go now.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Super nice knowledgeable man with a carrying attitude towards his fellow RVers. He charged me less than what the dealership did and did the job correctly.
Hmmm get paid less to do the job right, get paid more to do it wrong, try to figure that one out. I wish they had a RV Steve at every dealership. Maybe then
the job might get done right.

Service Performed:   House batteries would not charge properly. Since I was leaving the next day, he moved me to his next appointment despite his full schedule for the next
several days. He quickly solved the problem and repaired the isolator that came loose from the housing. During his visit, he inquired if I needed anything
else done. I mentioned a small propane gas leak. He quickly determined the source of the leak and successfully repaired it.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Steve is the only RV Master Technician I have known who is also a licensed electrician. I am convinced that there is no problem he can not solve. He is the
best I have seen in over 7 years of RVing. Even better, his charges are less than half of the national RV repair facilities/dealerships. When you need your RV
repaired, look no further, call RV Steve.

Service Performed:   INOPERATIVE FURNACE... IT'S 34 DEGREES DOWN HERE... WE NEED HEAT!
Evaluation of Service Performed:   We paid a local dealership good money to retrieve our 5th Wheel out of storage, wash it, service all the appliances and bring it over to Grassy Pond and set
it up. They got everything right except the appliance service in which we paid for. In other words we were charged for something the didn't happen! We
called RV Steve and he came over immediately. He safely removed the furnace, disassembled, cleaned the mud daubers out of it (DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY),
reassembled, put back in and we now stay warm. Thank you RV Steve. Thank you for working 2 hours, servicing all of our other appliances when you had
your air compressor available and charged us $100.00 cash and offered a receipt. That does not seem fair. We paid more to have it done and were lied to
by the dealership. You charged us less and we got to watch you in action. Thank You Again RV Steve.

Evaluation of Service Performed:   This is our 6th trip to RV Steve heading from North to South for the Winter. I remember RV Steve telling me in the past to always ask to see other RV Mobile
Techs Credentials especially if they advertise their qualifications... HIS WORDS! On a whim I asked Steve if he carried his Master RV Tech Certification? I had
never seen one before... didn't realize there was such a document. Oh My Jesus... he handed me a thick continuity book with some weight to it... WOW! RV
Mobile Tech Business License, Liability and Bonding Insurance, Master RV Tech, Licensed Electrician, Licensed HVAC Tech, LP Gas Certification, Automotive
Service Excellence (ASE) Diesel Technician Air Force Trained and Retired and a Fellow Member of the MASONIC ORDER. GOOD FOR YOU RV STEVE... GOOD

don't screw up a good thing for those of us that consider RV Steve to be A TRULY COMPETENT RV TECH WHO CARES ABOUT HIS FELLOW MANKIND!
Honestly I can't say I would blame him if he decided to work for Camping World... Their Gain... OUR LOSS... Oh Joy... back to paying $125 hour Labor Rates!

Service Performed:   I thought there was something wrong with the Hot Water Heater... All I could get out of it was warm water. I was told by three other Techs at three different
locations during our travels it was this part and that part plus having to pay their labor rates nothing got resolved except for my bank account being
depleted.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   When I got to RV Steve he diagnosed the problem within ONE MINUTE! The SERVICE WATER (Outside Sprayer) COLD WATER and HOT WATER KNOBS WERE
TURNED ON AND THE SPRAYER WAS TURNED OFF. RV Steve told me this allows cold water to flow back into the hot water side and then it becomes warm
water throughout the RV. When he shut off the Service Water Knobs I had HOT WATER back in the RV. This took him less than FIVE MINUTES to walk over to
the Hot Water Tank, Open the Pressure Relief Valve, Assess there was Hot Water in the Tank, Check the Water Heater Bypass was in the correct position and
then he asked where my Service Water Sprayer was located... VIOLA... Problem Found and I didn't need any more parts whatsoever... I probably didn't need
any parts to begin with. THANKS RV STEVE! You charged less to find and correct the problem where others charge me $600 total and failed! YOU KNOW
YOUR RV'S!!! Thank You...
