Troubleshoot and fixed a challenging electrical gremlin where the digital thermostat and heater were not talking nice to each
other, resetting to the thermostat default of 72 degrees during the night and baking us. They worked with the thermostat mfg. to assist in remedying the problem, which another RV service could not fix successfully after a lot of cost. We are in cold Colorado right now and the thermostat and heater are performing magnificently. They also did a wheel bearing repack/new seals, and cleaned up the brakes. Good people to work with, and thorough. |

Brake control appears to be installed correctly. Boerne RV Repair installed an 8" ball mount missing the correct ball mount
by 6". I was forced to educate myself on the correct size ball mount for my trailer and auto and found the 2" was the correct size. I paid $75 for the wrong ball mount and had to buy and install the correct size once I was back in Austin. |

Cleaned very dirty coils on both ACs. Appears to be cooling better since cleaning. A couple of days later, front AC was dripping water. A technician had to
come to RV park site to clean clogged drain |

System Check on recently acquired Holiday Rambler Endeavor, also wanted to check operation of inverter/charger as there was an operational issue.
Scheduled appointment 12 days in advance, was there at 8am, told me he had 2 rush jobs (??) to finish before he could get to mine, glad I made an appointment, they did not start working on it until 2pm and never finished the System Check ($195.00) total was over $220.00 might as well of thrown the money out on IH10 for what was accomplished(?). Caveat Emptor!!! |

Grossly Underwhelmed with the work(????) Told them to just unhook the water hose and electrical hook ups and I would do the rest myself and fix my own
problems. Had told me both house batteries were bad, only one had a bad cell, replaced the one battery and everything is working great. Had to test water heater and refrigerator my self as they did not complete even those checks. I had to reassemble inverter/charger as they blew a fuse in it and replaced it but did not but it back together. Never again. |

Responsive. We're full timers. Ron and Deborah made accommodations for us on short notice. We had arrangements with a mobile service that were a no
show for an appointment. Called Tuesday afternoon to ask for help, and Boerne RV fit us in on Wednesday morning. Replaced fried transfer switch and repaired wiring plus found short that apparently caused the failure. |

Replaced and repaired main awning and driver's side rear slide topper on our 2010 Tiffin diesel pusher when taken off by a fight with a tree! Work
included removing damaged parts, replacement of new parts, body damage repair and re-paint. |

Boerne RV is a local family owned independent shop doing all types of RV repair and service (non-chasis). Deborah handles the office and flow and Ron
and Duane do the heavy lifting. They performed the work timely and in excellent fashion. They are a good team, honest, reliable, do what they say and communicate well with the customer and the coach manufacturer. Their work is professional and fairly priced. Nice people to have on your contact list! Would highly recommend them. |
