Mark was my service adviser, Great guy to work with..
I had my RV air conditioning unit replaced, as well as
the skylight that was cracked that they found while it
was in service. They also installed a winterizing kit
for my trailer. I have not picked it up at this time.
But I really thought that they went the extra mile to
make sure every thing was in good working condition.

I have not picked up my toyhauler yet as of this review
but I will update this review with the work that has
been done once I get to back this Thursday.
As of right now I am really finding it had to believe
the other reviews. I am very satisfied with the
customer service aspect of this dealership and will
update the service work once I get my toyhauler back.

Without writing a book, I'll just say that Desert Coach RV should NOT even be a last for trailer repairs! They ruined our brand new Heartland Cyclone
toyhauler and blamed us for taking it to them to have them ruin it! Heartland will no longer recommend or pay for any warranty work done at this facility,YA

Brand new 5th wheel, under warranty. In shop for 2 months nothing was fixed. Terrible work. Need to check licenses,
cannot be in compliance. Shotty work!! Heartland has to approve all the work to be redone. They are inept, admit they
can't fix anything. Our trailer is worse now, than when we took it in. Will see what the owner does about this? Terry is
the most incapable person I have ever encountered. Cannot communicate, listen, write. He is disrespectful, especially
towards woman.
Brandon, manager ruined our RV. He admitted he couldn't fix our trailer, so just retaliated on it. Ruined kitchen/living
area.
Update 8/27/2014

Took our trailer back/ and sent pictures to Desert Coach RV for the General Manager, Jay Quail to inspect for negligence.
Basically, he was nonchalant and unwilling to take responsibility for his employees workmanship.
Gee! You know why...Brandon, the Service Manager and Jay, the General Manager are brothers and their father owns
Desert Coach RV. For 2 months, absolutely nothing was accomplishment. Now, they are going to sweep this under the
rug. The cover-up has already begun...Desert Coach RV should close their doors. They need a state inspector visit.
Workmanship, certificates and licences should be checked. Family owned business' can get away with murder...Be
careful. We have to start all over. The new repair facility must order and remodel the entire kitchen, dining and living
areas. Call Heartland if any questions under warranty.
