  Service Performed:   Repair of an inoperative slide
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Excellent work, Gordon did a complete job
of trouble shooting and discovered a wire
jammed between a wall and the frame that
was shorted. What could have been a
massive repair was solved with a single
splice.

  Service Performed:   Replacement of roof.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Dreadful mess left in trailer.
Less than one year later the roof ripped off due to not being
correctly fitted.

  Service Performed:   Replace a damaged roof.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Seemed ok and was done very quickly which
was probably the problem.
Gordon Parnell did not put enough glue on
the membrane of the roof which caused it to
rip back and damage the whole roof and sky
lights less than a year later.
Dispute trying many times to get them to pay
for the damage they have done nothing and
Esther does nothing but try pass the blame
and so it was my husbands fault. If it was my
husbands fault our insurance company would
of paid for the damage. Both our insurance
company and Camping World say the fault is
with Quality Matters and they did NOT fix the
roof correctly .

  Service Performed:   Major storm struck while at 1000 Trails campground and ripped up 20 ft. awning and securements and awning flew over top of coach and cremated 2
A/Cs and 1 refrigerator cover as well as some minor roof damage.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Called Quality Matters and next morning Gordon and his helper Carl come to park to remove awning and patch up roof covers until parts could be
ordered and permanent repairs made. Parts arrived in timely manner and Gordon and Carl installed in timely. Good service / good people.

  Service Performed:   Replaced awning spring on bedroom slide topper/awning.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Very professional and quick. The replacement of the spring was than 1 hour. Great job, I would use them again if in the area and needed a repair.

  Service Performed:   Put a new electric heating element in water heater
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   They had 3 calls in the park at the same time. They charged
each of us the $80 service charge, even though they made us wait for the service calls to accumulate. It cost me 199.17 for a $10.00 part. He was at my site for 45 minutes total including the billing.
