LaMesa was authorized to make adjustments, replace rollers and repair the damage made by our Living Room Slide. They only replaced the floor tiles with a
mismatched tile and made no obvious changes as the new miscolored tiles were gouged within the first few miles of our next trip. I returned the coach to LaMesa, after sitting almost one month, they called and said they had been authorized to make the same repairs as last time. I picked up my coach as I have several trips planned over the next two months. The service advisor was very friendly and informative but said that the same thing would happen again as they were basically just replacing the floor tiles again, sorry, etc. I have scheduled the repair to be done at the factory. |

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | I purchased the RV from them. In less than 50 miles the door lock fell in my hand, the brakes were bad. The levelers would not work. The wheel bearings were leaking so bad. I took the rig to another company and they found the water pump leaking bad, plus all the above mentioned items. I contacted La Mesa and they told me there was nothing wrong with my rig and they would not fix anything. The other company was making up things to get money out of me. I paid to have the rig checked because La Mesa said there was nothing wrong. I had to fight La Mesa to do anything that was under contract. They blame others and try to get you to go away. I had to fight them for over 8 months to get them to honor the contract. I had to contact Corporate who had the same attitude. I will never purchase or take my RV there again! | ||
