Again super customer service. Was welcomed and
offered help as soon as I walked in the door. Explained that the battery light on my dash was on. They immediately took my keys to start checking my van. Needed a new battery and the alternator was bad. In no time I was back on the road with a new battery and alternator. TSB is a one stop shop for all your electrical needs.I highly recommend them. |

| Service Performed: | Purchase of new engine battery for my 2004 Chevy Astro Van after alternator and battery were checked. The original battery was starting to turn the engine over very slowly with a grunt and a groan. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | They were very busy. I waited about 5 minutes at the service desk. When I asked the guy if they installed their batteries he said yes and asked for my keys. He immediately went out and pulled my van into the service bay. After a couple minutes he returned and informed me that the alternator was fine but the battery was shot. He installed a Deka battery with a 6 year warranty for $79.95. I was in and out the door in less than 30 minutes. They carry batteries for everything from hearing aids to tractor trailers. There was a huge Monaco coach in there having it's batteries checked. | ||
