Work Done on:
Class A - Diesel

Service Performed:
Allison troubleshooting and retran. We drove in with our 21-year-old Allison MD 3060 acting crazy and, to make it more difficult, it was so old there was no
diagnostic port. None. Took a couple of days and the tech called Allison; the diagnosis was C3 clutch failure and a remanufactured transmission would be
less expensive and faster than an in-house rebuild. A retran was installed and it works like new.

Evaluation of Service Performed:
Williams is a truck shop that also works on RVs and is an Allison distributor. It's definitely not set up for live-aboard RVers but they let us boondock in the
parking lot for the 12 days this project took, provided water and arranged a propane delivery for our generator. And to be fair, that 12 days includes the
seven days it took to get a transmission from Allison plus a weekend. Many thanks to Albert the tech and Robert the service manager for taking good care of
us.
