Had the rig in for warranty work. Took weeks to finally get it back. Took it home and started opening the slides when I
looked up and saw that the rear corner of my slide out topper on one slide, was damaged. It looked like it had scraped
against the side of a cement block building. The end cap was also missing. I did open it up all the way to examine it
further and I found that the slide gaskets on the top 2' was all gooey. It looks like someone had sprayed something like
brake cleaner to remove any signs of rubbing on the side of the RV while the slide was closed and the overspray got to the
gaskets. I immediately called the service manager. He said to bring it down. When I got there he was totally on the
defensive and totally stuck up for his guys. He refused to replace the topper material but did change one of the gaskets.
There was another gasket right next to the one he replaced which I had to replace. The topper material has a huge hole in
it from being rubbed up against the concrete. I put tape on it to try and make it last another year. I purchased this RV
from them but I will never step foot inside their facility again. Too bad, I enjoyed working with the salesman there.

Bought 5th wheel here and got some warranty work done in October 2012. Service was good and they took care of me very quickly. Seemed to
prioritize my RV since I bought there. I also took my RV to their Merrimack location for further service, but I already wrote a review on that one. I
will bring my RV back to Campers Inn in the future.

Brought in for a few items up the two that are still not fixed as TV/DVD's in the bunk and batteries will not hold charge.

Awful!!! They replaced the DVD's with different models because the installed ones are no longer made. When I got it home I noticed a huge hole in the side of the top bunk where the mounting brackets where different and that they had replaced with units that where not capable of TV. We called and set up another appointment They fixed the hole and said that the units where now TV ready. NOT!!!! and at the same time drilled two holes in the lower bunk to hook up cable wire. Now the service manager is saying that they never worked!!! Unreal, still fighting this battle.
They have replaced my converter twice and still nothing. They say they checked the batteries but I don't buy it.
Bottom line is they do not care about the quality of their service!

The worst thing I ever spent money on in my life! The quality of the fit and finish was crap. They used stick-on kitchen kick plate as trim at the ceiling. The trim fell off during the winter. They also installed an improper air conditioner gasket that leaked and ruined the ceiling they just replaced.
When I went back to complain they told me it had been too long and they were not responsible for the damage! What a crock! The most customer Unfriendly place I have ever been.
I will have to take legal action to get this resolved.
I would recommend that you avoid this facility at all costs!
