He came and tested things. Said the Thermostat was
broken. Charged $100/hr & $60 for the house call,
which I thought was a bit of double dipping as he is
a mobile business. I never heard anything more from
them. Even after I called for an update. That was 3
weeks ago. Someone else is coming by to fix it
today.

Had a lightening strike at 5:00 pm. Called for emergency service since our 12 volt battery exploded. Robert responded by 8:15 pm to access the situation.
He disconnected the battery for safety and checked the front air conditioner seeing no signs of damage. Checked the compressor and fan and said they
were fine. Attempted to start air conditioner. No go on the front unit but did get the rear unit working some since the thermostat had a mind of its own.
Said he would call dometic on Monday to get codes to reset thermostat. On Monday afternoon, after a call to his wife around 3 pm, he called and had me
try the code. Still no go, but now neither air conditioners worked. He said he would order a new thermostat The next day. Wednesday he had his wife
called to say he would be there in about an hour this was about 3 o'clock. He then attempted to install the new thermostat with no luck still. He did stay
until he could get at least the rear air working. Now he is ordering a new thermostat, and a board for both the front and rear units. He said he would be
back on Friday afternoon after the parts arrived. At 315 pm, I called the wife to get an update and check to make sure the parts arrived. She said she did
not know, but would call him and then call me back. At 5:03 pm, I put a call in once agin to the wife, as you can not get him ever. It went to voice mail.
Here I sit, waiting, wondering! No response from either him or wife. I will post again as this unfolds.

Great initial response due to Saturday evening in heavy rain storm was initially impressed that he disconnected battery and try to get air working. From that
point I have lost confidence in his ability to complete the task. Upon meeting with the insurance adjuster this morning realized that he should have also
checked all the outlets within the unit to ensure proper voltage or amps whatever they're called to prevent any fire issues that could happen. He believed
that if the worked they were fine. I am sure he is capable of some RV repair work, but feel he is over his head in this repair due to the lightning strike. If
he was not capable of handling the job he should've had enough professionalism to state that in the beginning or at least by that following Monday to say
that this was not something he can handle and I could've dealt with the situation in a manner. I felt his initial fee of $240.00 was fair for an weekend,
emergency nighttime service call. I will try to finish the air conditioner call, but will try to have the rest of the situation handled by someone else. I expect
honesty and professionalism.

Robert knew exactly what he was doing. He replaced the arms quickly and expertly. If we ever need more work done we will call him. Don't need to unhook
and go to a big company to get the work done and hope they do it right, when I know Robert can do the job right.

Checked out step and said we needed a part which he would try and get on Monday morning and call us 1st thing on Monday. We had to call him twice on Monday before he got back to us and said it would be over a week before he could get the part. Charged us $120.00 for 15 minutes. We found Oasis RV in Tucson who had the part in in Tuesday afternoon and installed 1st thing Wednesday morning. This guy is a rip-off

Kwikee steps were functioning erratically. Called RV Doctor. Diagnosed faulty switch in minutes, and had the part in the van. Next day, could not get any LP appliances to work, call the Doctor. Over the phone, they told me to check the LP Detector and reset it. (The wife had turned it off while cleaning, and by accident) That was the problem!
